Accessory Dwellings Unlimited is a full-service design-build firm, established in 2018, focused on streamlining the process for design and construction of accessory dwelling units (also known as ADUs, backyard cottages, casitas, granny flats, garage apartments, or secondary dwellings).

Design is handled in house by a Texas registered architect, so a plan can be worked around the constraints of a particular lot.

Our plans are named after influential Texas cultural, scientific, and artistic figures. It's our small way of celebrating the people who made the state what it is. If we missed someone who should be considered, let us know.
